Product photography

Photography is an essential tool in packaging design. It is most often used in one of three ways:

  • To show the enclosed product when it is completely obscured by the packaging;
  • To show the final state of an unfinished product. This can be seen on packagings of instant foods, for example, where the photograph shows the meal prepared;
  • To differentiate items within a line of products so that the customer can easily identify and choose the flavour they want.

Nowadays stock photos are common in advertising but the biggest issue with this is that they are available to a lot of agencies, so we often see two competing products using the same strawberry or the same woman advertising cosmetics. If you want your packaging to be unique, your photos should be too.

We have our own studio with excellent equipment, so we can guarantee that the finished product we offer is one-of-a-kind. This gives us full control over every step in the design process - there is no need to adjust the packaging to an existing image; we can instead take a photo of exactly what we need, depending on the design aims and composition.
