The Task
“Kral Konserv” is an Azerbaijan company, which produces natural juices and nectars. We have a long-standing partnership and in time we brought about the design and re-design of many of their products, as well as accompanying projects – social media videos, catalogues, presentations etc.
Changing the logo of the company was necessary since the existing logo at the time did not create the necessary image and did not inspire the necessary trust. This is why we were tasked with redesigning the company logo and creating a brandbook.

The Idea
We looked for several possible directions we could go with this, which were based on different ideas and interpretations:
- Redesign, which has a clear reference to the old composition;
- A design, which matched the name (the King of cans) and brings the feeling of greatness;
- An experimental design, based on the art of Arcimboldo (a 16th century painter, famous for his “fantastical portraits”, which are not literal portraits, but are a carefully composed combination of fruits, flowers and other materials);
- A modern and stable logo, which contains the image of a pomegranate – the main fruit, which the company uses.
The Result
Together with the client, we got settled on a modern, clean and stable logo. We used all principles of geometry in building the letters and the graphic elements.

Brandbook
A brandbook, or specifically the company style is a document, which details the main principles of using the logo in company documentation. It gives the opportunity practically all documents to be brought together under a common aesthetic.
